If you have a date in mind, we will be delighted to “pencil” it in our diary with no obligation to provide a deposit until you decide to confirm at a later stage. If in the meantime, we receive another enquiry for the same date, we will let you know, even if you haven’t already confirmed, so that you can then make your decision or discuss the situation with us. And for your peace of mind, we would be delighted to send you a Letter of Confirmation once the booking has been formalised.
