One of our priorities is to discuss the entire arrangements for the night well in advance of the event. We will work closely with the hotel management to organise our access arrangements and floor space. In the majority of cases, the wedding dinner is held in the same room as the evening reception. Our setting up time is around 50 minutes, and we run this in parallel with the hotel staff during their re-arrangement of the room.
